Submit-step declarations from the user-facing deposit wizard. Each row is a click on "Submit and show me the address" BEFORE the QR was revealed, capturing what the user intended to send (asset, chain, USD amount, destination address). Used for support workflow ("I sent $X but only got $Y") + AML evidence.
